Pork Bone Soup
My Mum was showing me on Sunday how to do Pork bone soup on the stove.... I decided to do the same but use the Tatung. She hadn't thought to do it in her one!
So you boil it once to get rid of the fat first
Saute the carrots and onions
Put water in the Tatung inner bowl with the pork bones and add the carrots and onions and in this case potatoes
I cooked the soup twice to get the meat to be really tender!
