(we don't have the bamboo steamers that Yun Hai Shop in the US has)
100 g glutinous rice flour, some sugar (35 g), 170 ml of water or milk. Mix well. Steam for about 5-10 mins and then put on a plate some powder with some sugar and roll the mix to make moochi.
