Soya and Vinegar Chicken
Based on one of the recipes from Tatung US - I modifed with the fact it was drum sticks and I forgot the onion. Still tasted amazing!
3 Tablespoons of Soya sauce, vinegar and sugar
1/2 teaspoon of ginger and garlic
Use a cup of water, let it cook then stir and cook again.
Keep the juice for rice! So tasty!
