Wondering how to use the steam plate?

If you don't want to use the microwave then you can always use the steam plate.

I put this on the other day before I went to walk to pick up my son and it's all nice and warm for a snack after school and before his swimming class.  Brilliant!

Below you can see that it's picked up some moisture from the steaming so the chicken was moist.  I did put a plate over the dish so it wasn't soggy.
