Corn off the cob

I like my corn with just cooked, I often eat it raw so I cut it off the cob and mix it in with the rice that had the shiitake mushrooms cooking in it.  The heat from the rice and mushrooms is enough to cook the corn. 

I had taken the halloumi from the freezer and put in the shallow bowl to cook and put in with dinner!

So yummy!
