Crispy Rice

I reheated my rice but forgot to put some water in the bowl (half of it had been dished out yesterday). Crispy rice was at the bottom! I haven't had crispy rice since I was a child and my sister and I used to try to see who would get the biggest amount. This was before we used the Tatung and we just cooked on the stove top. It took me back many years to my childhood. I would advise when reheating to put some water in the bowl though. It was easy to clean though by just soaking it and I drained the water to grab the rice. #childhoodmemories
