Rice noodles

 

 

Rice flour and tapioca flour noodles were a treat! (video is on the blue link)

Very easy to make, steam and then stirfry in with the rest of the stir fry.

Tatung Stainless Steel Cooker (TAC11TNV4) with the Stainles steel shallow bowl and the Steamer (TACS11) was the perfect

combination.

 

Rice flour and tapioca flour - mix; add water and kneed - you can do this for 5 mins or kneed for a minute and then add the water and let it sit at least an hour or overnight to hydrate the starch.

This is the TACS11 steamer which is perfect for the Stainless Steel 10/11 cup steamer

 Pour a little boiling water in, add steamer plate and put the shallow bowl on top, put lid on 1 minute or so

put on an ice bath and using a spatular go around the edges and lift off

 

chop and stir in with your stir fry!  So easy and yummy and HEALTHY!
