I was rummaging around in the freezer to see what I could cook and found some sauce that I had saved from dinner previous. I have had my Mum's chicken and obviously decided the sauce that was left was too good to waste and put it in the freezer. So I put it into the rice at the same time as it was cooking and boy was it delicious. My partner thought it was like a rice rissotto and we put our home made kimchi in it and it was a simple dinner.
