Black Sesame roll - yummy! Traditional sweet at Yum Char/Dim Sim restaurants!

Using the Tatung 11 Cup Stainless Steel rice cooker; and the Steam plate TAC-S11 could have used the 3 layers but decided it was my first go and wanted to check each plate/bowl

120 g black sesame seeds
110 g rock sugar
2 x 200 ml water
30 g plain rice flour
60 g wheat starch
40 g pure water chestnut flour
some oil
