Dessert in the Tatung - Upside-down golden syrup pudding
Upside-down golden syrup pudding cooked at the same time as steaming dumplings and adding home grown veggies at the last 5 mins.
Pudding - 75 g of butter; 1/4 c sugar, mix well and add 2 eggs; 1 and 1/4 cup flour and mix. Put the golden syrup in the Tatung bowl, put the pudding in and let it cook.
I added the dumplings a bit later because I thought I might as well cook dinner at the same time and then in the last 5 mins I added the leafy vegetables.
