White sponge fungus soup!
Traditional dessert, make it as sweet as you want by altering the amount of sugar. Usually you use barley, but I ran out so I substituted with chickpeas!
Soak the dried sponge fungus and chickpeas or barley.
Add crystalised dates 2 is enough
Add sugar (I used brown sugar bar)
Add Goji berries and steam!
